Paul Rapp is an intellectual property lawyer, writer, and artists’ advocate who lives and works in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. Rapp represents artists of all types and businesses in the creative economy, specializing in copyright, trademark, internet, and contract law. Paul has taught art & entertainment law at both the undergrad and law school levels. He’s also the drummer for the legendary rock band Blotto (“I Wanna Be A Lifeguard”). Paul will talk about his entertainment law practice, and discuss the key areas of expertise and the types of interpersonal dynamics that the practice involves.

Failure to reimburse CDPA will result in the denial of RSVPs/registration for any future CDPA sponsored programs or events until payment is received.
