Jonathan Schopf, Esq.

Upstate New York’s original “Animal Attorney” will provide an overview of Animal Law in New York, including:

  • Dangerous Dog proceedings
  • Animal custody disputes and ownership rights
  • General concepts in animal law
  • Negligence issues and animals

Mr. Schopf has developed a niche practice in the area of animal law which focuses on advocating for clients and their animals in a variety of legal contexts. Please join us as he shares his knowledge and experience.

Approved for 1 hour of CLE credit by NFPA.

Price  $25 members / $28 non-members

Location & Parking Information
The restaurant is located across from the SUNY entrance on Western Avenue.  Parking is available at Key Bank.

Please note that your RSVP/registration is binding.  Cancellations must be received via email at CDPA.CLE@gmail.com by Friday, September 22, 2017, at 5:00 p.m.  Any no shows or late cancellations are obligated, under CDPA rules, to reimburse the cost to CDPA’s Treasurer before the end of the month of the scheduled CLE.  Failure to reimburse CDPA will result in the denial of RSVPs/registration for any future CDPA sponsored programs or events until payment is received.
