Attorney Cometti will review the NY State Rules of Professional Conduct with regards to communication with a person who is represented by counsel and a person that is not.  He will review any peculiarities within the NY State Rules.

He will speak to how Professional Conduct Rules apply to corporate employees, advertising, solicitation and recommendations of professional employment.  He will also go over hypothetical situations and any Federal nuances.
