Speaker: Nicholas Evanovich III, Esq.

Nick Evanovich, criminal defense attorney with Dreyer Boyajian LaMarche Safranko, Attorneys at Law, and former assistant district attorney in Clinton County, will provide an overview of criminal practice in New York.  He will explain the court structure in New York as well as the Federal court system; discuss the various types and categories of criminal charges; and outline the process of adjudication from arrest to plea or trial.  He works closely with paralegals in his practice and will describe the various duties performed by paralegals in criminal defense practice.
